These are some of the cameras that we use at our investigations.These cameras are great because they are bright and cover a lot of area, but they are capable of handling indoor areas as well.

This camera is used at basically every indoor investigation, it is a prime size camera, perfect for the average bedroom, living room, or any other room of the average home.  This camera is also extremely useful in most businesses, it is a good camera for our investigations- at least in our opinion. This camera and most of our IR cameras is a "SHARP" brand.   When we purchased our cameras we we decided that you get what you pay for, and we find that these name brand IR cameras stand in a class all their own.

RED LED HEAD LAMPS

We use red l.e.d. lights when on investigations for one reason, that is that red led lights don't cause havoc with the I.R. cameras.  The brands don't matter for these.  Our team members have a wide range of brands, and I don't hear to many complaints.

E.M.F. DETECTOR

With this device we can detect plumbing at investigations that is carrying current due to improper wiring, detect improper wiring at investigations. This device is one of the most important devices we use, it is great for finding spots that have a high Gauss level.  A high Gauss level may lead to the feeling of being watched and paranoia type feelings if it is high enough.

There is also a common belief that if there is any paranormal activity, it can cause spikes in Gauss readings.

With this P.C.I. card, We can display and record live video from the cameras connected to our PC's hard drive.  It has 4 channels for video input.   This card offers 34fps under N.T.S.C. format.  We can use up to 4 cards simultaneously for a maximum of 16 video input channels.

This card features a multi-alarm triggering method with sensor alarm, motion detection, video loss, and HDD sources shortage alarms.  It supports schedule recording mode, recycling recording method and multi-channel playback.  Record events and images with zoom, capture, save, print and backup feature support. In addition, this card supports remote surveillance and PTZ control through our computer.

Because of these features, we found this to be the best way for us to record our investigations from our I.R. cameras.

This is one of our favorite cameras we use, it is excellent for large areas, halls, and wide open areas.  This camera is a Sony and boy what a great image it gives!  No paranormal research team should be without at least one.
