Born August 17, 1969

A Tool and Die Maker by trade.  Paul had a serious fall in 2005 which left him handicapped.  Paul now devotes his free time to the study of paranormal research.

Paul co-founded a research team, with a good friend named Lucas Archer back in 2008 .  The team was known as "Spiritual Paranormal Investigations Network", - other known as S.P.I.N..  

Then in 2009 he Lucas and Paul closed down S.P.I.N.  and Paul opened his own team  and named the team  "Paranormal Extreme".  

Paul is a Christian by his religious beliefs and will not change his beliefs in that.  in fact he uses his beliefs to help his clients.  Paul recently was ordained as Reverend here in Florida.

Paul started his endeavors in research of the paranormal research since his first experience at the age of 16.  Paul is now over 40 years old and still going, using his experience to not only try to solve questions in the paranormal field but help others that call upon him and his dedicated team.

Paul's history and knowledge has helped him get some great clients for himself, and his team as well as other teams.

Paul arranged for Florida Paranormal Research to do an investigation at Ringling College of Arts and Design.   An even now works with Florida Paranormal Research as well as the White Noise Network to advance paranormal research. 

Paul also arranged for big multi-team investigations such as one he set up for Team Phenomenon, S.P.I. (a Texas based team), Florida Paranormal Research, S-Spirit (here in Florida) and Paranormal Extreme which was held in Tampa Florida, at the S.S. American Victory.

Paul enjoys working with clients.  He finds simply that treating them more like friends keeps their trust and keeps them at ease.  Paul also is a very professional leader that demands that his team to give reveals to every customer no matter who they are doing research for. 

As a founder of Paranormal Extreme.  Paul's duties include:

Leading the team, helping plan everything from trainings to investigations.   He helps operate maintain the team in multiple  means.  

Luckily he has Peggy's help due to his physical limitations.  Peggy can do what Paul is not capable of doing.

Peggy is the founders wife and a key investigator on the team.  She is a big support behind the scenes that made it possible for Paul to make this team work.

Peggy is also a key researcher and helps find, purchase and test our equipment.

Her duties include:
Web designs, Research, Investigator, 
management of the team and purchasing of
equipment.  She is who runs the team behind the 
scenes.

 Lucas Archer is one of the original founders of this team.  When Paranormal Extreme first turned on our lights we were called "Spiritual Paranormal Investigations Network".  Since then our team has shortened our name and gone through a lot of changes.
Lucas has spent the last 2 1/2 years on a sabbatical.  Lucas has finished his sabbatical and has returned to the team and is now returning to his roll.  

WE ARE SO EXCITED TO HAVE HIM BACK.

Sadly, in 2011 a group of people with little morals decided they wanted to try to take the team over.  When they failed to get control the managed to steal over half the equipment and attempt to start their own team.  They hoped to steal not only our equipment but clients and the credits that Paul and his wife Peggy put together since they started their team.   Even though they did steal the equipment they failed in starting their own team.

Luckily for Paranormal Extreme, Paul and Peggy Benstine are not quitters and with the help of some very good friends and the help of the White Noise Network,  Paranormal Extreme has been put back together.  And this time more secure than before.

After 3 and a half years of running a research team and many more years of experience, Paranormal Extreme is still a reliable and strong team.  In this day and age, any team that makes the first 2 years is extraordinary.  
"PX" has made the 2 years and is still able to return after hard times.  We give a special thanks to our true friends. in the Paranormal Research field such as Florida Paranormal Research and Fire and Ice Paranormal.  

                          **** The Moral of this small story of theft and betrayal of trust*****

                    A team is only as good and honest as the founders and the team itself.  A truly strong and reliable team is built with a lot of time, effort and hard work.  Without doing your own homework and without good honest people, a team has no future.  Every team in our field does have one thing in common if they are a long lasting team.  And that is Honest hard work, integrity and determination.  Poor morals can't succeed.  A very smart Team founder and good friend of mine (Ian Hickens of Florida Paranormal Research) once told me: "Anyone can start a team.....   Only a few has what it takes to keep a team going."
